Where Competition Becomes Performance.
The Global Mission Concerto Competition (GMCC) is a twice-yearly concerto competition and artist-development program that recognizes talented musicians and creates opportunities for selected artists to perform in concerto with the Global Mission Chamber Orchestra (GMCO) and Global Mission Wind & Brass (GMWB).
“GMCC goes beyond the traditional model.”
Selected musicians don’t simply compete for an award — they have the opportunity to develop their artistry, collaborate with an ensemble, and take the stage as a featured soloist.
